Weekend workshop I $400 per person

Hands on course showing you how to make your own starter, pressed cheese & soft cheese. At the end of the weekend you will take home all your own hand made cheeses and have the knowledge to make these at home.

Starts 7:00pm on a Friday evening and runs through to Sunday after lunch. This package includes Back pack stay at the Norsewood Crown Hotel. 2x continental breakfasts, Ploughmans lunch with organic farm produce, dinner at the hotel, Lunch at the local Norsewood Cafe and an optional game of Farm Golf.

Weekend workshop II $250 per person

The same as Weekend workshop I excluding accommodation, breakfast, dinner and Cheese.

Cheese and Wine Matching Evening $20.00 per person

Learn about cheese and wine matching with local winemaker and Rangiuru farm, in a fun and relaxed setting.
